In a focused workout using state of the art rehabilitative weight training equipment designed by Med-X and Super-Slow Systems each client is taken through a full body exercise routine customized to address their specific goals and health concerns.

THE WORKOUT IS A COMBINATION OF SERVICES INTEGRATED TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

Every session includes -

Your first session includes a thorough Introductory Fitness Consultation to address all your needs. 

  • 5 sessions for $675 (Expires in 2 months)
  • 10 sessions for $1290 (Expires in 3 months)
  • 20 sessions for $2500 (Expires in 4 months)  

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
